We then integrate with your revenue system of record — whether that’s your ERP, billing system, or CRM — and code rules to support each scenario. We can incorporate multiple data sources to tie subscriptions to opportunities to invoices, and we reconcile everything to produce Investor-Grade Truth™ metrics.

  • Does Discern calculate CARR?

    Yes. In addition to ARR/MRR calculations and retention or revenue growth rate metrics, Discern also calculates CARR. We do this by including revenue for annual contracts that have been signed but whose subscription start date has not yet begun — giving you a more holistic, forward-looking view of committed recurring revenue.

  • Can Discern export data in the Customer Cube format?
